# Work an AI Compliance Review

## Handle the Escalated items the AI review surfaces.

For Compliance reviewers and firm administrators. An account with Compliance or Admin access is required.

## Steps

1. AI marks every item reviewed (green). Items needing a closer look are labeled **Escalated** (yellow) with the phrase highlighted.
2. Click **Filter** (upper right), select the yellow **Escalated** option, then **Apply**. If nothing shows, there is nothing left to review.
3. Click **View** on an item to open it on the right and read the highlighted section.
4. Add a note, remove the Escalated status, both or neither. When every escalated item is handled, the review is complete.

A flag icon may still show on items containing a flagged keyword; ignore it. Only yellow Escalated items need manual review. Escalated items can also be managed from the **Escalate** tile on Overview.
