# Work a Global Keyword Review

## Open every sampled item to complete a manual keyword review.

For Compliance reviewers and firm administrators. An account with Compliance or Admin access is required.

## Steps

1. From **Saved Review** click the status, then **View** on an item. Viewing marks it reviewed (green).
2. Move item by item or use **Next** (upper right). Progress at the top moves toward 100%; every item must be opened to complete the review.
3. Items with a flagged keyword show a flag icon on the left and the keyword highlighted.
4. Optional actions on a flagged item: uncheck the box to remove the flag, type a note and click **Add Note**, or click **Escalate** to turn it yellow and send it to the Escalate folder for another Compliance or Admin user.
5. At 100% the status changes to **Completed**.
