# Troubleshooting Zocks

## Fixes for Zocks problems: messages not in archive, Zocks missing from the connector list, correct user not selectable.

## Symptoms and fixes

- **Messages not in archive:** Confirm status Connected, correct user selected, correct email verified.
- **Zocks not in connector list:** Contact the Archive Intel account team to confirm it is enabled.
- **Correct user not selectable:** Contact the account team to confirm the user was added.
