Connect WhatsApp

Link WhatsApp to Archive Intel by scanning a QR code, then finish by phone type.

Before you start

You need the Login Details email from support@archiveintel.com and a phone with WhatsApp installed. Connect from a computer.

Steps

  1. Log in to Archive Intel.
  2. Open Connectors and select WhatsApp.
  3. Click Connect account.
  4. Enter your WhatsApp mobile number and click Next.
  5. On the phone, open WhatsApp, tap Menu or Settings, choose Linked Devices, tap Link a device, and scan the QR code on the computer.
  6. When the phone confirms the link, click Close.

Finish by phone type

  • Personal device: whitelist contacts through the iMessage or Android SMS steps. WhatsApp reuses those selections; it has no separate whitelist.
  • Business-only phone: no whitelisting. Email support@archiveintel.com with the subject "Business Phone" and include your name, company and phone number.
